MEET THE TEAM
Monica is an Economist graduate from UCP - Portuguese Catholic University and is a Member of Order of Economist and APAF – Financial analysts.
She started her professional career in 1988 at BPA, after having completed an internship in the management area at TAP London. Altogether, she has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial sector, in areas such as - retail and commercial banking, corporate and private banking, and dispute resolution (national and international).
As a General Partner and CEO of Advisory Company - MMPSG Consulting for 8 years, she has a broad experience in investment advising, finance advising, operational and finance restructurings, M&A, compliance, risk managing and direct collaboration with a Venture Capital Company providing fund raising advisory and business assessment.

Paulo graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a master’s in science degree in Energy Management from IST – Instituto Superior Técnico, Portugal. He also holds an MBA in International Management from UCP - Portuguese Catholic University. As well as Specializations in Aeronautical Engineering from the IPL- Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa and the Ordem dos Engenheiros.
Paulo is a Founding partner of MMPSG-Consulting, Lda., developing strategic and operational consulting on investment projects for start-ups or re-startups, M&A's and others related in these areas: new energy sources (including renewables), recycling (negative price garbage), molding industry and other diverse industrial activities.
Diogo Ribeiro Santos

Diogo graduated Law from the faculty of law of the University of Lisbon, a postgraduate degree in business and business law from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an Executive MBA from AESE / IESE. Currently, he is a doctoral candidate at the European University of Lisbon.
Previously, he was a consultant at One-to-One Corporate Finance, CEO of Sixt Rent-a-Car, Portugal and member of the Board of Directors and CFO of Navalrocha. He was an advisor to the Minister of Defense, Director of the Department of Legal Affairs at the Ministry of National Defense and Vice President of the Portuguese Institute for Development Support.
Yannan Wang
Advisor
Yannan graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Engineering. He has extensive experience in investment risk management through his work with numerous large European financial institutions through various market cycles. During the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis and its aftermath, he was integral in assessing the risks and value of real estate asset-backed securities and implementing Basel regulations throughout British banks.
Yannan has been successful in various real estate private equity investments, and has forged long-term, fruitful relationships with outstanding project sponsors throughout the US. Through prudent project underwriting and sponsor selection, he has been able to protect investors’ capital and created sound absolute returns.
